start up with black screen

Hay everyone

I got home from work yesterday to dicover my partner's computer wont display even dos on start up,

 

the computer in question is a 1156 and its got a 6970.

when it is turned on the blower on the GPU spins up and then idle down and then repeats.

 

since the motherboard doesnt have any display ports i cannot bypass the GPU.

I'm abit stumped with this one and any help would be great.

Well I sorted it out .... the memory wasnt properly seated
