TMPIN1 On My Board

Not 100% sure what TMPIN 1 is on my motherbaord 760GM-P34 (FX) is it Tempture of air in my case,North/Southbridge, MOFSET, i cant figure it out to many google searches saying differnt things for differnt boards.

 

My bios hwmonitor says Cpu Temp 24 and System Temperature 31.

The TMPIN 1 temp gos up when i overclock 4.6GHZ and put on load on gameing to min51-62c

 

I have a mid tower kinda small two top case fans blowing down,back blowing out throw the h80i radiator in push pull,side case fan by gpu/powersupply blowing out,and fan front bottom blowing out,but graphic card is faceing down towards power and power supply on bottom with its fan faceing graphics card.All fans are 120mm and are

2000rpm 74 cfm besides the two on radiator are sp120.
