Hi everyone
 
well my pc specs are:
 
CPU: I5 3470 (in the future is going to be a i7 4970 with a cooler master hyper 212 evo)
GPU: Asus strix gtx 970 "3.5"gb
HDD: 1Tb
Mobo: GIGABYTE B75M-HD3
RAM: 8GB 1333MHz ddr3
CASE: thermaltake versa 1
 
 
I buy a Corsair cx750w and i see that have some issues and bad reputation...but, this PSU can handle these components  with safety?

That is a fine PSU to use. Also why would you be upgrading a 3470 to a 4790? Doesn't make sense and doesn't give you any benefits really.

Why are you upgrading? For gaming your i5 is fine. If you're rendering/something that needs the extra threads, then just get a 3770k. 

 

As for the psu, that psu can run three 970s (assuming it has the required connectors).

that psu can handle that fine i have the modular version and has served me well for wll over a year of 8 plus hours aday of use

Definitely.. Keep in mind the new 900 series from nvidia are GREAT on power and barely consume any at all! You should be A-okay
