Wierd graphical issues in FEZ

So whenever I play FEZ, it's almost like burn-in, portions of the screen (vertically) will flicker, even in the pause menu, and it's really annoying.  Is this a problem of my gpu or is it the game?  I haven't seen this problem in other games but should I be worried about it?  When the screen flashes, it can be discolored too.  Usually when it flickers, it will flicker and sown portions of the game, like a portion of the game that is discovered will be popped out in front of the rest of the game screen.

If the problem only appears on FEZ try to find some game FAQs or people having the same issue, if the graphical anomaly is part of the game, try to find some info too on that just, google it. If you say its only a FEZ problem and other games runs fine, i wouldn worry too much, but just in case MAKE SURE your temps are OK, some cards when overheating can cause artifacts and that is a signal your GPU is being pushed beyond its limits/dying.

Re-install your GPU driver. (Remove first) then try again.

Just post a screenshot, it should be easy to say if it's part of the game.
