"Skype can't connect"?

I woke up today and wanted to check Skype which worked fine yesterday and I get this error. Any idea how to solve it? 

Solutions I have tried:

Upgrading Skype

Reinstalling Skype

Did you try and use a new account?

It seems impossible until it's done.

Yes, I tried using all of my alt accounts but I don't see how that would matter it does it for every account.

Try finding an older version of skype? Just a quick work around.
