Thermaltake V4 black edition modding

Hello, I have Thermaltake V4 black edition case for some time, but as I replaced old mATX motherboard for new ATX there is just no place to put cables (as the mb now cover all the holes), so I want to mod this case (as I dont have money right now to get high end case but I do have free time).
1st. I want to cut out new holes in aluminum next to the board it self (probably gonna just use drill to make holes and pinch it out, then sand it down).
2nd I want to mod back door(it is too tight fit, I cant really put cables in there. Here I run out of ideas, I thought to cut out back door and put plexiglass panel on some 1 cm speacers, but That would leave 1 cm crack that i dont really know how to close.
Did somebody done something simular or have ideas how this can be done? Thanks.

I would suggest not modding, and getting a nice budget case like the s340.

On another note, you don't NEED cable management holes, you can still get good airflow if you know how to tie them down. Cables laying across the motherboard, above the PSU or generally out of the center of the case will be alright.

i did give up on it, I decided to replace this big thick air cooler with some closed loop water cooling sistem and try to make it neat as possible with zip ties.
