Normally to make life easier for my self i'd just use Acer eRecovery Management to do a factory reset but since i have an ssd as my boot drive it doesn't like it at all and tells me my hard drive configuration is not set to the factory default and restore aborted

can anyone give me some help?

like a step by step process on how i should go about formatting it.

New ssd (didn't come with it)

Re-install.. as in i did a reinstall or a new version of windows

Yes.

The disk are from when we purchased the tower and it was a 3 parter , specifically acer's "version" ... comes with their shit.

Okay,

So, what my guess is, is that when a re-install or upgrade happened on that SSD, it removed the build-in recovery partitions that come with prebuilt machines.

So, my reccomendation would be to reinstall from whatever disk you have and go from there.

I should point out (sorry) last time i tried to do a reinstall from the bios and the disk instead of just using the management it didnt do anything, like it didnt delete anything but it still went through the entire process.

Boot into the W7 installer with a Windows disc and do a completely fresh install. Delete any partitions that are on the drive.
