Whenever I playback a video like youtube on a browser (Chrome) or in general a video on WMP it laggs and my CPU goes from 10% to 100% as soon as I play the video. I am using intergrated graphics and two monitors (27" 1080p and 19"900p). The motherboard is an MSI Z77MA-GD45 and has 8gb of RAM. What could be the problem?

What happens when you disconnect the one display and do the same thing?

Wait, So no dedicated gpu? I'm not sure if 2 screens is good for 1 cpu (with integrated graphics).

Problem could be anywhere from Your install of the OS, the cpu, something pc related that makes no sense since it just doesn't want to work.

Maybe try 1 screen and see if the problem is the same if not then its just the limitation of integrated graphics with 2 monitors.

Task manager should tell you what process is using up all of your cpu resources
