$90 Headphone Recommendations

I'm thinking about getting another pair of headphones (currently using ATH-T400s daily) and kind of want another. I have Laredos but are usually used as carry around headphones.

 

I would list off types of music I listen to, but it is kind of wide spread, so I'll just link you to my Starred list on Spotify. :P

 

Also, I do not have any amp or dac, and this is a pair I've been looking at. Some suggestions and recommendations would be awesome. :D

They are not cheap anymore... $129...

 

the AKG K142 is SUPER DRY. It is definitely not nice to listen to anything with it.

Yeah they are. Amazon is just out of stock. You can get that warehouse deals one for $72.

B and H also have it for $79 new.

He is looking for headphones just for sound and not with a mic. Generally, headphones that are not labeled "gaming" sound better but the HyperX Cloud is an exception only if you need an all in one, headphone and mic.

They are justifiably hyped.
