4790k Idle temps?

Those temps are pretty good (if you're overclocked). But considering you didnt reapply thermal paste (which you should really go back and do) those are pretty good......Go reapply Thermal paste right now.

Hey guys, I just got a 4790k with the Asus Maximus vii Hero motherboard and I was just abit curious at the temps I'm getting with my H220x.  At idle its about 20-30 generally and at load (aida64 for 5 or so minutes) its at maybe spiking to 70 on the cores.  I didn't re apply thermal past from the only stock cooler (I was in a hurry when I shouldn't have been)  I was just curious if these temps are okay?

They're fine, you really should reapply the thermal paste though.

But putting on the CPU cooler was so haaaard... :(  Took two people to get it on lol.
