What would be a good, upgradable 700-900 dollar gaming pc? If possible, I would like an nvidia graphics card, an ssd, and 1tb of storage. if not, that's totally fine by me.

I'd go with something like this. Add a case you like, and enjoy. Slightly over budget as well, but a solid performer.

You didn't mention if you needed peripherals, OS or monitor. I added the OS, so you can get a higher capacity SSD if you don't need it.
