Not that I heard of. If they did, then people wouldn't recommend H81 + Pentiums for budget builds.

the overclocking for asus h97 boards, msi website also says h97 gaming 3 has access to oc genie, and asrock h97 as well. but has intel patched it so that you cant?

intel cant do anything about it, its the board manufacturer's choice to enable or disable OCing, but you will need an unlocked CPU
