computer turns on but doesnt boot up

Ok iv just built my first conputer and i go to turn it on but nothing happens it beeped 3 times so i got brand new ram and replaced the old ram i turn it on and no beeps but still nothing iv tryed to clear the cmos but still nothing pleze help it is a desktop the motherboard is a fm2-a55m-e33 there is no graphics card the cpu is a apu amd a10-5800k 500w psu ram is hyper x 4g 1866hz one stick it did beep 3 times when i had the bad ram in but now that i got the good one in it doesent beep and it doesent boot up

Make sure you have the ram slotted in correctly. Usually this happens when ram isn't in all the way.

ok so what could posibley be wrong

ok so i looked and my ram is 1866hz but the mb only supports 1600mz could that be the problem
