Hello and welcome,

It doesn't look as if English is your first language so i hope you understand me.

Most kits do not come with GPU blocks but some of the companies that have watercooling kits do sell GPU blocks as well.

Some good watercooling companies are XSPC, Alphacool, EKWB. Now you can also put together a kit for yourself at the many online watercooling e-tailers meaning you can choose your own parts and make a loop to suit your needs and budget although the kits almost always work out to be cheaper but some parts may need an upgrade in the future.

Not sure if micro center sells any of the parts you need but these are two of the places i shop from and they have a wide variety http://www.performance-pcs.com/ and http://www.frozencpu.com/

the case fan you chose are fine although there are cheaper ones.

distilled water is just safer then coolants but may not last as long as a coolant as coolants have additives to protect against corrosion and algae . You can make a coolant from distilled water yourself by just adding watercooling dyes that many companies make and sell.

You will want to add some silver kill coils or silver bullets to help keep the coolant algae free.

A water-cooled mid-tier gaming PC.
