It's an updated version to their existing AMP! Extreme cooler if I remember correctly.

 

Update: Yeah, both versions use the IceStorm cooler. Just a different shroud. All three, Core Omega, Core Extreme, Amp Extreme look like they have a different fan configuration though.

 

I don't think it will matter much. Probably just directs the air more downward since their factory overclocks are higher.

One of the best temps out there (barring watercools and 3slot cards), it also OCs like a champ. If you could house the zotac amp, you surely can house this one, for 20$ less:
