CPU and PSU advice request

Hi guys Im from south africa and im having a bit of a tough time deciding what cpu and power supply with my new build.

 

 

motherboard- gigabyte h81m-s2ph

ram- transcend jetram 8 gigs (1dimm)

case- corsair spec 03 (I have a adapter that allows the usb 3.0 on the front panel to work at usb 2.0 speed)

graphics card- powercolor R9280X

hard drive- WD caviar blue 1tb, 64mb cache 7200 rpm hard disc

 

 

 

I have about 3000 south african rand to spend on these parts, any suggestions? I am looking to get a intel core i5 but have no idea which one (possibly the 4460 as I dont plan to overclock)

 

Any advice is really welcome and websites where I can find these parts with decent pricing is much obliged.
