"Startup.nsh" issue

Hey guys! So I was using my PC yesterday perfectly and it's been running perfect for almost 7 months now and randomly this morning I turn on my monitor and i see this error basically about EFI and startup.nsh and pressing any key to continue. Well I can't continue is one problem lol. My Corsair K70 isn't letting me press any buttons and I have no idea what's going on. So I looked it up and people said switch Sata dada ports dadada. I did nothing worked. Then I unplugged my one hard drive I have to see maybe if it's the hard drive and saw it said the same thing. So I'm analyzing this and see obviously it's the hard drive but I know it's not dead! So randomly as I'm just tinkering with it, it booted up! Then I started to log in typing in the password (Windows 8.1 by the way) and it was frozen. Stuck for 10 minutes. I restarted it and same error popped up!

try plugging in a different keyboard (ps/2 one maybe?)
