So I'm planning on getting stuff for radiators, and I want to know what the standard fan spacing for radiators are. So I sell fan grills come in a variety of spacings.. 15mm, 15.5mm, 16mm, etc. Which one is the most popular between the brands? Which ones should i go? Do you have templates that will be good for a 3x120 or 4x120 fan mounts?

As of right now 15mm is standardized spacing before it wasn't standardized so some cases had 20mm while others have 15mm.

So currently are most manufactures using this 15mm? Swiftech, EK, and all those aio coolers? or something else?

I would always double check but that's whatthe majority of 120mm use, I have a 650D which used 20mm for my 140mm fan mounts so there were some manufacture's that made 20mm spaced rads, such as the H110 from corsair is uses a 20mm fan spacing while NZXT X60 used 15mm.

What radiators and cases were you looking to purchase?

I was planning to do a custombuild, but I wanted to make sure it was compatible with the majority of radiators so that when I wanted to upgrade I wouldn't have to modify the case again. With that said, how do I scale the thing properly to make it to scale?

When you print it try to make sure your printer isn't doing anything like fit to page or set the scaling to 100%.

If you plan to do a custom loop I recommend Alphacool radiators they have a really nice selection of sizes and thicknesses, It's probably best to plan around parts first since it will maximize your build compatibility and fitting of everything.

I guess I'll have to go with the 15mm spacing since most radiators currently are that size.
