The Crew not starting

Hey guys,

 

I just bought, the game The Crew, then i downloded it, evrything went well up to here. Then i tried to launch it, and my steam logo went green, but right away blue. And it keeps doing it. 

 

Do i need to install Uplay?

Solution someone?

You need uPlay. I'm pretty sure you do.
