Theres a difference between memory clockspeed and datarate. The clockspeed is what you see in your control panel (1.3GHz). The datarate is 4x times the clockspeed since GDDR5 Memory can manage 4 data transfers per clockcycle. (So your datarate would be 5.2GHz)
