7 zip temp files on C disk

i have a 44 GB arcade rom pack, that i want to extract onto my hard drive, but when i use 7 zip, and winrar it creates temp files on the SSD to make extraction go faster, but i only have about 20 GB left on my SSD, is there any way for me to change it to the D drive, and thus let me extract it without extracting 20 GB at a time?
