Hi I wish to build a new pc and I got a general idea but checking with some experienced guys won't hurt also this is my first build.

Parts:

The only issues I have right now is the CPU, the case and a SSD I can't push the budget too much but I do wan't to get nice FPS ~60 at 1080p

also this is going to be my PC for the next 3+ years so I want it to last.

Also if there's any way I could save money and placed it on other parts that would be great.

ok so i save you some cash without changing anything (there is the 7950 with price cuts you know ) also an antec earthwatts should be plenty good for this build

now on to messing with  your build to fit some major performers be back in a bit...

(1) high frame rate (2) ultra graphics settings (3) cheap...>> choose only two<<...

if it's never been done then i'm probably tryna do it. (((((((Bass so low it HERTZ)))))))

I was looking at that card but I got confused from newegg not listing features the other cards had so I'll take your word for it.

Also why get a more expensive PSU with the same wattage?

I wouldn't mind but I was looking at reviews and AMD seems more for just gaming but I wan't this build to be a all around build.

Also why did you change the motherboard I got that one since it had a $80 discount combo with the i5 on Newegg.

Ok I used my original build and just stuck in the 7970

at this point you need to choose do you want to save a bit and possibly reap better performance later on as optimisation increases or do you want a fast cpu now that should still be a capable cpu in three years  (unless some tech revolution or something happens )

I was planning on upgrading later on also I have somewhat of a tight budget right now.

in that case go with your original build with the 7970 if it is still too much to manage you you can get a cheaper case and or get a cheaper cpu cooler (haswell doesn't oc much anyway)
