The computer doesn't detect any displays

Hello, I'm in need of help.

 

Soo, I have this problem for about a month now... My computer can't detect any displays. I came to this conclusion because I've tried using 3 fully working monitors so far. I dismantled my computer and built it again - still the same problem. Tried using the iGPU port, nothing. I'm using VGA cables.

 

Specs here:

 

• i3-2120 (CPU)
• 4GB of RAM
• MSI GT 630 1GB (GPU)
• ASUS P8H61-M LX3 PLUS R2.0 (MB)
• HITACHI 500GB (7200RPM) HDD
• Some NO-NAME 400W PSU which still works.

 

Maybe I'm doing something wrong or missing something? Here's a potato pic:
