Good IPS Display

I need an IPS display under 200$ for gaming, on my new pc build.

The monitor I am currently looking at is the AOC i2367Fh 60Hz 23.0" Monitor

What would be your max budget?

ON A 7 MONTH BREAK FROM THESE LTT FORUMS. WILL BE BACK ON NOVEMBER 5th.

Yeah, I've seen them frequently. It's quite nice looking for a cheap monitor. :)
