computer hangs on startup

Hello! My rig is in my sig

I have a problem related to opening apps like googlechrome like within 10s after my startup which causes my computer to freeze. I suspect it has something to do with the logitech gaming software (the comp doesnt hang aym if i wait for the gaming software to startup before opening chrome)

If it helps i am using windows 8.1 (i had 7 before and it was the exact same thing)

Any help is greatly appriciated!

How full is your Hard Drive? Do you have any bloatware?

Highly doubt it! My ssd has around 80+gb of space left and i reformatted when going from 7to8.1

This was after like 65 seconds from startup... (Initial was 0 and it went to 100 from then on it became like this)

Hm... I have like 10 plus startup programs....

But 100% CPU usage causes the comp to freeze?

idk it makes mine become really unresponsive, but I have a dual core
