Hello, I'm building a really cheap computer to edit videos/render videos in Sony Vegas, and play a few low end steam games. If you guys can help me out with this build that would be cool. My budget is $400 or lower.

I would suggest saving up until you have around 800 or so...400 is doable of course, but it will take forever.

seems fine, when OC'ed those 760K's are pretty damn good for rendering and such
