Tasker Profile

I'm new to Tasker. I want to create a Tasker Profile that will, whenever I get a new Hangouts message/SMS, raise my device volume, read me the text and the person who sent the text, and then let me respond via voice. Is this possible? Is this the right sub-forum? Is this the right forum, period?

It's relatively easy to have it read the text, but replying with voice is a different story.

Maybe it could open the Hangout and pull up the voice keyboard?
