HD518 is very comfortable, sound good and is of good build quality

Yeah, they are awful. Had a pair, I took them back to Best Buy the day after

Sony MDR7506 is probably the most comfortable and good sounding pair of headphones for under $100 for big heads. The Sennheisers have too high of clamping force to be anywhere near comfortable. 

My personal rig - 4790k 4.8Ghz, Asus Z97 Pro (wi-fi ac), Corsair Dominator Plat 4x8GB, SLI GTX 1080 TI FE, Samsung 850 Evo 1TB, Crucial MX100 512GB, EVGA G3 1000W, and cooled by a hardline liquid cooling loop.
