Computer/mobo doesn't always recognise my ssd

Well my motherboard doesn't recognise my ssd all the time, but when it does it's prone to crashing (90% of the time within the first two hours) which can cause frustration when playing games such as counter strike making me familiar with competitive cooldowns which becomes even more infuriating.

I've switched around the ports to see if it's any different but it's not, the port connection feels really loose and usually me wriggling it about in the port makes it work sometimes but it's becoming an habit and I can't be bothered with it anymore I want to have a good experience without crashes and without me throwing all the toys out of the pram at these constant crashes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
