will a bequiet! dark rock 3 be enough to cool an overclocked i5 4690k

 

this is not a very complex question but is one that i could used answered non the less

 

i would also like to know what the difference would be if i used the pro version of this cooler with the processor

Of course, that thing can even keep a 1.3V 4790K OC'ed to 4.8Ghz below 80 degrees under load. The Dark Rock Pro 3 is their flagship cooler and it has dual heat sinks and fans for more cooling performance.
