it depends what hardware.

 

for example power supplies tend to be of greater quality as they're efficiency increases.

 

processors on the other hand can be of higher quality but be less efficient.

Both but I usually like quality more.

I never want to get low quality parts. As for efficiency, it depends on the build.

Quality more tan efficiency, but a little bit of efficiency doesn't hurt.
