Old school Cherry keyboard found.

So, my friend (non tech type) was moving out the other day when he pulled this out of some random box. After explaining what/ who Cherry where, he told me he got it from some friend who owned a business. Pretty cool, thought it was worth a share.

I was just stating, it didnt look like normal mech keycaps. i meant nothing more than that.

I know but the idea came to mind since you said that it didn't look like it. And since cherry makes moslty mechs, it came up to me, "Membrane Leveled Mechanical Keys". Good idea or no?

No, I dont like membranes and ironically enough i havent ever used a mech for a extended period of time like over a day or two. but they are WAY better. and i think that might defeat the purpose.

Cherry make many non-mechanical keyboards; one of their main markets is the business keyboard,  and "Point-Of-Sale" keyboard - keyboards which have useful additions such as a card reader, or integrated trackball for use by, for example, a reception worker.

I meant was like the low profile of the Membrane key caps on a mech keyboard. I thought it was an interesting idea

you can buy it for $25 or something on amazon. google cherry g82.
