What does this mean?

It is the name of a song, no idea what it means.

And the song seems to be very scarce too, not really on YouTube.

Great thanks. The name of album is fire on ice, so this is the song with that name I guess

Atash is similar to ates (pronounced atesh) in Turkish which means fire. Since these family of languages are all pigeon languages I wouldn't doubt that part of the translation.

yeah you are correct turkish word "Ateş" comes from the word "Ataş" or "Atash".
