You're fine for power. The 290 pulls far less power than some people would have you believe.

So hey guys this is my first post here 

i want to upgrade my graphics card (r9 290) my psu is http://www.chieftec.eu/en/component/content/article/55-super-serie/100-cft-750-14cs-750watt-kabelmanagement.html

and i don't know if it can run bcos i have heard that r9 290 needs 42 amp psu or something plz help:)

That PSU has enough wattage, but personally I've never heard of that brand, I would get another (more reputable) brand instead like Corsair, coolermaster or EVGA

I agree with soaringchicken, never heard of that brand before. If you can, get a different PSU brand. Like EVGA or XFX, or if you have to, Corsair. They would be way better and with a reputation you can trust.

Chieftec is pretty popular in eu. People use them.
