Longer Fan Screws?

Recently I've had this issue with my 300r case from corsair where the honeycomb grill would cause the fans to create pockets of air a literally howl.... I was wondering if there is such thing as longer screws so I can have the fans a few mm's off the grill to prevent the howling from happening. I'm not worried about airflow, I have 6 corsair sp fans in my case in total....The two intakes on the side are just the 2 fans that make the loudest noise.... If possible, black screws to match the finish on the sidepanel....? Do you think I should just goto home depot and buy a few screws and bolts and paint them black?

Home Depot. I wanted to mount one more intake fan on the front of the Corsair SPEC 01 case, since there was already a fan that came with the case, I pulled one off and took it to Home Depot, asked them if they had something similar.
