so i don't know if this is necessarily a peripheral or not but can anyone recommend me a well priced computer chair that isnt a piece of crap but isnt too expensive something around 100 dollars or less.

its all pretty much preference. you would need to do a sit test on every chair to see which one you like. with a budget like your's, you won't be getting those high quality soft foam leather stuff, unless you manage to find one at craigslist.

Go to your nearest Stalpes/Office Max/Ikea and find one that is comfy.

You might also want to consider looking into furniture stores. Office chairs will tend to have their padding die in a few years, but a good lounge chair or DIY can last you a lifetime.
