dpc lat is very high

so i decided to download 2 dpc latency checkers, one said everything was fine the other was dangerously high
i then tried having them open with aida64 and stresstesting everything, my entire pc started lagging and the latencymon didnt go up much but the dpc latency cheker spiked a bit higher, but even after closing down aida the dpc checker is still rock high
