Fan running to high

Me and my friend built the same computer with 2 NF12 Noctua PPC and 3 140 Nocutua PPC fans and for some reason my fans are running at around 800 idle or when im surfing the internet and his is 1200. We have the exact same computer and i've tried using corsair link to fix it but it just wont go down. They are all PWN fans so how can i fix this for him?

why would you use corsair link? edit it in the bios.

i've tried looking at the bios and our settings are the same

which fans the case or CPU ones?
