Looking for a new case

I am looking for a new case. I have an matx mobo but I would like a large size case (mid or full tower). The aesthetics are very important to me and I would like a side window. I prefer a minimalist case. I do not have a lot of money to spend so $120 tops but preferably $100. I was looking at the S340 but I recently discovered the Enthoo Pro. Is it worth the $30 premium for the Enthoo Pro or should I stick with the S340. I am open to other suggestions. I do not plan to watercool at the moment and plan to use a BeQuiet! Dark Rock 3. I prefer an all black, silent case.
