thats a fine build.

I would suggest though not really bothering with a custom water cooling loop on a system that isnt super high-end. Go ahead and pickup an AIO water cooler for the cpu and overclock the snot out of it, but dont bother going for a full water cooling loop in this system, or you'll quickly find yourself spending more on the loop than the RAM and Motherboard combined.

It's good, but I suggest you get a better and cheaper psu (you really don't need 750 watts) and that you get an ssd, it's 600% worth it. Also, don't water cool it, if you have more money get something more powerful first, then maybe watercool it later.

I think if you plan on streaming you should get that other ram, in this modified build I lowered the motherboard a bit to balance out 8gb more ram, and added some cheapo ssd for 10x faster boost speeds, and fast loading for mostly used programs.

i really think your budget is too low for a dual card set up, a custom loop is also way out of the question. Closed loop cooler, a cheap card but with similar performance (gtx 780ti / r9 290) save up for another card in the future, and don't spend so much money on things you don't need like the expensive case and a over-the-top power supply. Regardless, I've got what i think is a pretty decent system for that amount of money

@dukeofangus, hazza_ob has a real nice part list there.   I'm sure there are plenty of cases at that price if you don't like that one.  I have an R9 290 and I'm impressed with it.  Don't rule it out right away.

If you're going to wait before you implement a full watercooling loop, you may as well get an inexpensive CPU cooler (Zalman Optima is inexpensive but excellent for the price) and decently cooled GPU. Also changed up the PSU for a gold rated model. Also changed the mobo, although that change is based on aesthetic preference (couple of bux less too). If you're rather intent on streaming, you may wish to consider the 4790k and 16gb of RAM instead of the i5 and 8gb. Food for thought.
