So I now that this is probably a common question here, so let's get to it.
 
I have a GTX 780 DCU II w/ Latest drivers using MSi Afterburner running at 1080p.

Generally keep adding 13MHz until it crashes in Valley or 3DMark on stock voltage. You barely need to touch Memory clocks. Temp as the priority as you'll max the power limit instantly.  

 

You use 13MHz because that's how Kepler + GPU Boost 2.0 work best.
