Disconnecting from Home 'Network'

I'm trying to disconnect from the 'computer' part

The 'server' one is where we store our media, but whenever I try to use it, explorer crashes. My dad however, using bootcamp, doesn't have this issue. He is trying to find a way how to disconnect and reconnect with a different account.

or do you mean disconnecting the Pc from the network without the cable? you can do that in the networking menu and disable your adapter

It requires an account to log in to it. How do I disconnect from it and reconnect with a different account? It doesn't allow me to 'disable' or 'disconnect' when right-clicking. This isn't the biggest issue though, I'm also trying to find out why explorer crashes for me.

for me it was a nvidia plugin that made explorer crash...you can use shellexview from nirsoft to find the possible issues...you'll have to disable and reenable each item to find the one that causes the problem
