Customer service (phone) wait time?

So many on the forums (including myself) regard EVGA to have some pretty good customer service. I had to contact them a few times recently to ask some questions. I was talking with someone who could help me in less than 5 minutes every time, usually in just a minute or two I was talking with someone who could solve or answer my question. 

 

I was just wondering if this is EVGA, or is this pretty normal for graphics cards / computer component companies to be so quick and readily available? Just trying to determine is this is good customer service and availability from EVGA, or if this is pretty common in this industry.

MSI takes 2-3 hours, UNTIL YOU ACTUALLY NEED HELP LOL

 

they replied to me instantly for like a couple of days, and then when I asked to talk to customer relations because they were being terrible they went silent for 5 days LOL (still haven't replied)

I'm pretty sure EVGA has some of the best customer service available and that it is not common across companies. I know for a fact that Asus and MSI aren't always good when it comes to customer service. I have never stayed on support for more than thirty minutes when ti comes to MSI, and an hour tops for Asus.
