memory size for mirilis action

So i'm planning to do a YouTube gameplay vids but I wanna ask,I've been eyeing Mirilis action for a while and i want to know if the software does a good job at handling hard drive sizes of gameplay.I used Fraps before but it eat up too many memory space (3.5GB for 5 minutes of TF2)This software seems great but i'm very curious of the video converting size.Thanks in advance
