I get that, its probably just because of the view distance and that it doesnt render

 

Edit: I just remembered that the plywood is destructible. When I look at it its usually the area that can be destroyed which is flickering. I'm guessing this is because the game isn't certain whether or not the plywood has been destroyed.

Can you take an SS of your settings in BF4? I haven't got any flickering after tinkering with the settings.  B)
