So I got my 4670k at 4.1ghz and it was the most stable I could get it to be@ 1.140v (Cpu-z shows 1.272v when stressed).

Did all the stress test and got no BSOD and no signs of it being unstable. My Motherboard Bios is the latest and so are all my drivers.

Did memtest and my ram passed all tests as well.

But Bsod keeps happening after a period of time I woke my computer from sleep. I've also gotten bsod while playing tera online and sometimes league of legends (got it once when i was trying to load up skyrim too).

Do I need more wattage since my gpu is overclocked? Or is there something else that is causing my problems?

I don't think your overclock is totally stable. Reset it and run those games again.

powers fine oc is the issue

Game runs fine on no oc.

What do you guys suggest I do? Add more power? I can't get my cpu over 4.1. At 4.2ghz it just bsod before windows boots up.

so stay with 4 ghz dont oc much its the oc thats causing the issue, have you overvolted the cpu if not do that while ocing

The voltage would be too high for a 4.2GHz overclock.
