Hello.

Well, recently I made a new RIG (configuration as in the signature) - i used some parts of older RIG like as power supply, drives and graphics.

After I installed the OS i began to test the stability with programs like as IBT, Prime95, OCCT CPU Test, Unigine Heaven and Valley and 3D Mark 11 and 13 - all right.

There is however a problem with fps drops up to 5 fps in Battlefield 3, when i see average on Afterburner ~ 150. This drops are very rarely.

I tried to run the game in compatibility mode for Windows 8, disable Origin in the game or in Bitdefender Total Security 2015 set a profile "Player" - without effectively.

Next problem - I read on the forum pages that a user had a problem with water cooling temperatures for test OCCT Power Supply. Out of curiosity, I wanted to start this test too. And there is a problem...

The problem with this test is that the test in DirectX 11 will not start, I tried to set a period of inactivity for 1 min and at 0 min - test does not start, pops up the message "Stopped by user" - but I did not even touch the mouse or the keyboard.

Similarly, the test GPU: 3D, with DirectX 11 test set does not start - DirectX 9 by setting the test has started.

Finally I decided to install Windows 7 in the hope that the problems of Windows 8.1 creates there - unfortunately there are further problems with OCCT, after install W7 i'm not played BF3 yet.

I asked a friend to also install the latest version of OCCT 4.4.1 and tried to let go of tests and GPU Power Supply: 3D in DirectX 11 - in his normally run tests.

Very please help in resolving problems with Battlefield 3 and OCCT. As for the other games - not really had the opportunity to check if fps drops are visible in other games, I saw the problem in this game and i would like to base in solving this problem on this game, but these drops are quite rare, and long play time is needed to see them. I played BF3 on this same graphics as the previous configurations where was 2600K and never had any problem.

Temperatures also are fine - after an hour OCCT CPU and Intel Burn Test for Maximum - max CPU temperature ~ 55C. GPU temperature after a few hours of play in BF3 ~ 66C.

I never overclock GPU, CPU or RAM - just stock.

Greetings and help please, because I completely don't know where to look for causes and solutions.

Open afterburner and check your gpu usage while in game.

I would do this. Also to see if DX11 works or not try running MSI Kombuster in D3D11 mode (DX11) and OpenGL modes. If it doesn't work in DX11 mode then I would run a clean uninstall of your Nvidia drivers first and reinstall them. If that doesn't fix it then I would think the GPU is to blame.

I used this method to diagnose that my GTX 670 would not properly work with Battlefield 4 because of an issue with the card

I am addicted to building gaming PCs but I don't have a great reason to stop...yet...

Im put my GPU to my old RIG and in OCCT: Power Supply test or GPU: 3D in DirectX 11 mode start normally so probably there is some problem with RAM, Motherboard or CPU. Also I never change any setups in BIOS. RAM have 3000MHZ but in my PC work with 2133MHZ, maybe there is some problem with this, with XMP or something like this?
