SSD Storage disappearing

Download WinDirStat or Spacesniffer and find out what is taking that space though it sounds like a hibernate file and pagefile increasing in size

whats a hibernate file or a page file increase?

The hibernate file is what your PC uses when it hibernates. All contents in RAM get flushed(or just copied) to that file when doing a Hibernate or Hybrid Sleep. The page file is what your OS will use when RAM gets filled up. Unused contents in RAM will get flushed to that file. That being said, check your System Restore points using CCleaner.
