At a friends house and his computer will start for a second then restart and run with nothing on the display. Tried multiple video cards and monitors but nothing. Swapped in the different ram dimmed and nothing has changed. Is there anything you guys can suggest? Much appreciated.

First you should check if all cables from the PSU are plugged in correctly. Unplg the power from the wall of course, then to be sure everything is plugged into the mobo unplug the cables and plug them back in. (Even if it ran fine before it maybe became loose or something)

Also check HDDs & SSDs.
