Fan controller recommendation

So I'm looking for a fan controller with temp probes. preferably single 5.25 bay but can be dual if its better quality. I would prefer if the controller didnt have anything sticking out (knobs) so maybe i'm looking for a touchscreen or a slider.

Unfortunately teh touch screen ones are usually garbage. The sliders are ok...NZXT makes an ok one. This is my personal favorite: http://www.frozencpu.com/products/25012/bus-392/Lamptron_CF525_60W_-_5_Channel_Aluminum_60W_per_Channel_Controller_-_Black_CF525.html?tl=g34c17s286

Here is one you might like but i dont know how well it works

I have heard mixed things about the NZXT controllers but if you are using not crazy high RPM 3 pin fans then really the NZXT stuff is OK.

Personally I would use a PWM fan hub like NZXT grid or something like that then control your stuff through software (mobo manufacturer software is pretty good these days)

What fans are you using and what is the specific application you are using the fan controller for?

I am addicted to building gaming PCs but I don't have a great reason to stop...yet...

I am planning to use corsair SP and AF series fans. I am planning to portion the case into sections and have temp sensors that can take in the temp and I can adjust it when the temperatures get too high.

The BitFenix Recon meets pretty much all of your requirements, 5x temp sensors, 5x fan connectors, single 5.25" footprint, high contrast touch screen... also has a web-based interface for setting up different fan profiles which i find handy on mine. have been running with one for just over 2 years now, can't really fault it.

I'm on a horse...

I've always heard good things about the Scythe Kaze's with the spindial knobs

Does it have temp sensors?

are the temp sensors with the unit or purchased separately?
